By purchasing and/or accessing the 2026 Yearly Seamless Drive, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

What’s Included

• Access to every seamless design released by Designed by Kendall throughout 2026.
• Collaborations, exclusives, customs, and licensed artwork are not included in the drive.

Seamless files must be used as provided. You may not edit, recolor, distort, trace, separate elements, extract artwork, remove backgrounds, vectorize, run through AI, or otherwise alter these seamless files for any purpose.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files in any form.
• Upload the files to another drive, membership, website, marketplace, or file-sharing platform.
• Include the files in bundles, subscriptions, memberships, or digital collections.
• Offer the files as freebies or giveaways.

This purchase is for one individual only. Sharing, forwarding, gifting, trading, selling, or allowing anyone else access to the drive or its contents is strictly prohibited. The seamless files may never be sold, shared, licensed, or redistributed as digital downloads, whether original or modified.

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Designed by Kendall. Your purchase grants a limited license to use the files in accordance with these terms. No ownership or copyright is transferred.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the drive without notice or refund. I reserve the right to revoke access at my sole discretion if misuse, file sharing, or redistribution is suspected or confirmed.

Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
